Service Charge. Discuss and Vote here
Welcome to the forum!!! I have set this up this forum for all leaseholders and tenants living in PointRed to discuss various issues, and in particular Service charges. I was personally shocked to see the amount of service charge for this year and would like to learn about neighbour's opinion about it, whether it's reasonable, and whether there are any ways to reduce it. Please note that there are no set rules about this forum and you are free to start any topic you like.
